Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully. When you book your holiday touring pitch or glamping pod with us, your payment is taken and implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.

  1. When you book you must pay the required deposit the full balance is due no later than six weeks before the arrival date if the remaining balance is not paid on time your holiday may be cancelled and your deposit if not transferred to another booking will be lost, bookings are non-refundable after six weeks of your arrival date.
  2. During the booking process, in order to process the balance of your booking 6 weeks prior to your arrival date, we ask you to agree to the secure storage of your credit card details by our website credit card processor (Stripe). We have no access to your full payment card details but this does allow us to automatically charge you for the balance without the need to contact you to collect these payment details.
  3. If you feel the need to cut short your holiday with us after it has commenced, we regret that no refund of monies can be made to you.
  4. If you wish to alter your reservation dates in any way from those shown on your confirmation invoice and we can accommodate your changes, an amendment fee of 10 pounds may be applicable for holidays that are over any PEAK periods.
  5. Check-in time 1.00 pm for Camping and Tourers and 2.00 pm for Glamping Pods unless you have opted for early check-in. The pitch must be vacated by 11.00 am on your day of departure. The pitch must be left in a clean and tidy condition as you are responsible for any damage or loss sustained during your stay.
  6. We will endeavour to meet your special requests, (specific pitches etc.) but regret that they cannot be guaranteed.
  7. Pets are only permitted on Seven Acre Farm campsite provided they are always kept under control (Dogs that must be muzzled by law are not allowed on our park at any time.) All dogs must ALWAYS be kept on a lead.
  8. Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and always attended by an adult, no fire pits are allowed.
  9. If in our opinion any person that is not suitable to continue the holiday because of unreasonable behaviour, damage to property or annoyance to other holidaymakers, we reserve the right to exclude the holiday party from the campsite In this event, the hirer shall remain liable for the hire price and no refund shall be due. The hirer shall remain liable for any damage caused to property.
  10. Seven Acre Farm campsite caters for families and couples and do not accept bookings from all male or all female parties of three or more persons unless agreed prior to booking by the management
  11. Whilst we will endeavour to provide all facilities advertised on this website, we reserve the right to alter or withdraw amenities or facilities without prior notice and without any liability to pay you compensation or damages for the loss of an advertised facility.
  12. Your vehicles, their contents and accessories, your luggage and personal belongings are left on site are entirely at your own risk. We will not be held responsible for any loss from or damage to any vehicle or property, from any cause whatsoever.
  1. Whilst we aim to provide the service you have come to expect, there are occasions when unforeseen shortcomings may arise. You must advise the park manager immediately of any problems with your accommodation so that remedial action, if appropriate, can be taken.We cannot accept liability in relation to any short-comings or claim of whatever nature,Complaints which are not brought to the management’s attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.
  1. Please note that the toilet/shower facilities are unisex.
  2. Public areas are non-smoking.
  3. Quiet hours must be respected between 10pm and 7am. Radio, music, and TV players must be kept at a low volume and doors and boots must be closed quietly.
  4. The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
  5. Fishing is allowed from dawn till dusk only and a ticket to fish must be obtained from the office before fishing, fishing rules apply available from the office and our website.
  6. No Children under the age of 16 are permitted to use the gym at any time, the use of the gym is strictly at the user’s risk, the owners accept no liability for any personal harm or injury to any persons or property whatsoever from the use of the facility.
  7. Children under the age of sixteen using the games room must be supervised by an adult the owners accept no liability whatsoever for any personal injury caused to any persons or property whilst using the facility.
  8. All visitors must ensure they are adequately insured for their own caravan, motor home, camping equipment etc, the owners accept no liability whatsoever for any damages or losses to any such equipment or vehicles on site.
  9. We have livestock on site as well as Alpacas, Donkeys, and goats no feeding of them is allowed unless otherised and supervised by a member of staff.
